শিক্ষার্থীদের তাদের নিজস্ব স্কুল থেকে পরীক্ষায় অংশ নিতে হবে। পরীক্ষার সময়সীমা হ্রাস করা হয়েছে 1.5 ঘন্টা বা 90 মিনিট। পরীক্ষা অনুষ্ঠিত হবে 8 দিন সময় ধরে। শিক্ষার্থীরা কেবলমাত্র প্রধান বিষয়গুলিতে উপস্থিত হবে। অন্যান্য বিষয়গুলি স্কুলের চিহ্নের ভিত্তিতে চিহ্নিত করা হবে।

এর আগে বোর্ড রাজ্যটিতে Covid-19 মহামারী বাড়ার কারণে “WBCHSE” HS পরীক্ষা 2021 সালে স্থগিত করেছিল। বোর্ড স্পষ্ট জানিয়েছিল যে এটি জুনে বোর্ড পরীক্ষা অনুষ্ঠিত হবে না। পরিস্থিতি অনুকূল হলে এগুলি পরে পরিচালিত হবে।

মূলত বোর্ড ২২ ডিসেম্বর, ২০২০ তারিখে ডাব্লুবি এইচএস পরীক্ষার তারিখ 2021 সংশোধন করেছিল। সংশোধিত পশ্চিমবঙ্গ এইচএস রুটিন 2021 অনুসারে, ডাব্লুবিসিএইচএসই পরীক্ষা 2021 15 জুন থেকে 3 জুলাই, 2021 পর্যন্ত অনুষ্ঠিত হবে।
